1.  First of all, every District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password on the given website www.dpegujarat.in and enter the vacancies by changing the Password.  A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department-wise information and entered in the online software.

Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section.  (1. Language, 2.Mathematics-Science, 3.Social Science)  Will remain.  (B) In case of non-dismissal of teachers who have ordered school allotment as per option in the district division while uploading vacancies, the existing school of the teacher shall be shown as vacancy.  And which has been allocated to the school. 


That space should be considered full. In the case of a primary teacher/teaching assistant who has previously been transferred internally or distractedly and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as a vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.

Name for any place in any district.  If there is a matter pending in the court, such places should not be shown as vacancies.

Primary teachers/teaching assistants who want to make an internal transfer will have to fill up the required details on the suggested website and submit an online application.  


A printed copy of the confirmed application will have to get the signature-stamp of the headteacher of the school.  Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.  


The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to check the necessary evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application.


All the applications have to be sent in person to the District Primary Education Officer by 16.00 hrs on 06/02/2021 with remarks of approval/disapproval.  The Govt. Officer will have to check the required evidence and give the application to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational

Assistant after receiving the application.  Remarks on approval/disapproval in the application should be followed and the action should be taken as per order-6  All the applications given in the District / Town Education Committee login given to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt. 

The officer on the website should be completed by 10/02/2021 by office hours  After the completion of the above work, the replacement order of the eligible primary teachers/teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules.  


Primary teachers/teaching assistants who have applied for a transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print of the transfer order manually from the website.  The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep them else.  

The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to print and file the entire transfer order.  The printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer of that district will be considered valid in the computerized transfer order. 

Teachers will have to take adequate care in choosing the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the online school, the transfer order made online as per the selection will not be canceled under any circumstances.  Let the teachers know enough about it.

Before executing the transfer order, the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to verify the transfer order and get them to sign the transfer order.  Transfer order will not be valid unless verified by Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.  

Taking into consideration the above details, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/2012 and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher/teaching assistant should be done through an online computerized system. 

Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from 04/01/2021 to 30/04/2021, the teacher will have to give the option of going to the upper primary.  Based on this, option camp will have to be organized from 05/01/2021 to 05/05/2021.

If the application for change of district division is pending after the option camp, the district will have to take action regarding the district division camp.  After that, as on 01/06/2021, the district transfer camp will have to be organized by 07/06/2021 Director of Primary Education G.R., Gandhinagar
